  • Partial Order Cancellation: Partial Cancellation and returns are not accepted by us and money will not be refunded.¬†
  • Offer Specific Cancellation: Make sure you go through the Terms and Conditions of the offer in case if any before you place a Cancellation request.¬†
  • Unethical Purchase and Cancellation Policy: In case of any unethical practices, your order will be cancelled and the refund will be denied. *

If the order has already been shipped or is in the process of being prepared for shipment, cancellation may not be possible. For prescription glasses, please note that if the lenses are already in the process of being customised or if the frames have been adjusted to fit your prescription, cancellation may not be possible. Our customer support team will provide guidance on the options available in such cases.

  1. Contact Lenses and Sunglasses:

Cancellation requests for contact lenses and sunglasses are generally easier to accommodate if they are received within the specified cancellation timeframe. However, if the products have already been shipped, customers may need to follow our return policy guidelines.

There may be exceptional circumstances where cancellation requests outside the specified timeframe can be considered, such as unforeseen events or errors on our part. Our customer support team will review such cases on an individual basis and provide appropriate solutions.

  • ¬†¬†¬†Prescription Glasses: You may return prescription glasses if there are manufacturing defects or inaccuracies in the prescription. Please note that prescription glasses with custom lens options (e.g., progressive lenses) may be subject to certain restrictions.
  • Contact Lenses: Unopened boxes of contact lenses can be returned within a specified period if they are in their original condition and packaging. Prescription-based contact lenses cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.
  • Sunglasses: Non-prescription sunglasses can be returned within a specified period if they are in their original condition and packaging.
  1. Return Period:
  • Prescription Glasses and Sunglasses: You may return these products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Contact Lenses: Unopened boxes of contact lenses can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  1. Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within the specified return period, providing your order details and reason for return/exchange.Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization number (RMA) and the appropriate return shipping address.
  • Ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and freebies (if applicable).
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend adding insurance and obtaining proof of shipment.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
